Description

Filamont Standard Pro Resin 2.0 (Red) – High Precision UV Photopolymer Resin

1 kg bottle – Red colour
A professional-grade 405 nm UV-curable photopolymer resin designed for LCD / DLP / MSLA 3D printers to deliver high-detail, strong, and consistent prints with a vibrant red finish.

🧪 Product Overview

Filamont Standard Pro Resin 2.0 (Red) is engineered to provide excellent surface quality, fine feature resolution, and balanced mechanical strength — ideal for miniatures, artistic models, display pieces, functional prototypes, and decorative parts. The coloured resin produces striking red prints right off the printer, reducing the need for painting for visual pieces.

This resin is compatible with most consumer resin 3D printers that operate at UV 365–405 nm, such as Anycubic Photon, Elegoo Mars/Saturn, Creality Halot, Phrozen Sonic, and others.

🔍 Key Features

🎨 Vibrant Red Finish

  • Prints come out with solid, rich red colour, great for visual prototypes, miniatures, decorative prints, and display parts that don’t require painting.

  • Colour helps hide minor layer lines and enhances visual impact.

🔬 High Precision & Detail

  • Designed to capture fine features, textures, and intricate details with clean edges and smooth surfaces.

  • Perfect for miniatures, figurines, and detailed prototypes.

Fast UV Curing

  • Optimised for 405 nm UV light (standard in resin printers) enabling rapid layer curing and reliable prints.

🧪 Balanced Mechanical Properties

  • Formulation tuned to provide good stiffness and moderate flexibility — strong enough for standard applications while still easy to post-process.

🔄 Wide Printer Compatibility

  • Works with all mainstream LCD/DLP/MSLA printers that cure at 365–405 nm

  • Compatible with slicers like ChiTuBox, Lychee, NovaMaker and printer-specific software.

🍃 Low Odor & Easy Use

  • Designed with improved formula to reduce strong resin smell.

  • Smooth flow properties for consistent printing and fewer hiccups.

🖨️ Printing & Workflow

🔵 1. Printer Setup

  • Ensure your resin vat and build plate are clean.

  • Shake the resin bottle gently to mix pigments before use.

🖨️ 2. Printing

  • Fill your vat with resin (do not overfill).

  • Set your printer’s exposure time based on your printer, layer height, and resin.

  • Start the print — UV light cures each layer of resin.

🧼 3. Cleaning

  • After printing, remove the model and wash it in 95 % isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol to remove uncured resin.

☀️ 4. Post-Cure

  • Dry the washed model.

  • Post-cure using UV light (sunlight or curing station) to fully harden and stabilise the print.

🧯 Safety & Handling

✔ Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection while handling uncured resin.
✔ Print in a well-ventilated space to minimise exposure to fumes.
✔ Store resin sealed and away from direct UV/heat to maintain shelf life.
✔ Wash hands and tools thoroughly after use.

📌 Applications

✔ Miniatures and figurines
✔ Display parts and models
✔ Decorative pieces and art sculptures
✔ Prototypes and functional parts
✔ Architectural models
✔ Cosplay and prop components
