Description
🖨️ Product Overview
This is a UV-curable photopolymer resin designed for use in LCD and DLP 3D printers (365 – 405 nm wavelength). It produces translucent blue prints with excellent visual appeal — ideal for display models, miniatures, art pieces, functional prototypes, and creative projects without the need for painting afterwards.
📌 Key Features
-
Translucent Blue Finish: Produces semi-transparent blue parts that look great straight off the printer.
-
High Precision & Detail: Excellent for fine details and smooth surfaces.
-
Fast UV Curing: Prints cure quickly under 405 nm UV light, improving productivity.
-
Low Viscosity: Easy flow in the resin vat ensures smooth printing and easy cleaning.
-
Strong Adhesion: Sticks well to the build plate yet releases easily after printing.
-
Stable Performance: Works reliably under varied environmental conditions.
-
Wide Compatibility: Works with almost all 3D resin printers that use 365–405 nm UV curing (e.g., Anycubic Photon series, Elegoo Mars/Saturn, Creality Halot, Phrozen Sonic series).

🛠️ How It Works (Workflow)
-
Preparation:
-
Shake bottle well to mix pigments and chemicals evenly.
-
Ensure build plate and resin vat are clean.
-
-
Printing:
-
Pour resin into vat.
-
Choose exposure settings based on your printer and layer thickness.
-
Press Print — the UV light cures each layer sequentially.
-
-
Post-Processing:
-
Remove finished print using scraper.
-
Rinse in 95%+ isopropyl alcohol or ethanol to remove uncured resin.
-
Dry thoroughly before final UV curing (sunlight or curing station).
-
-
Final Curing:
-
Cure for several minutes under UV light to reach full strength.
-
🧯 Safety & Handling
-
Always wear nitrile gloves and eye protection.
-
Ensure good ventilation in the printing area.
-
Store resin sealed, away from light and heat for best shelf life.
-
Wash hands and tools after handling.
